We are thrilled to report that our Spring Fair on 28th April was one of our most successful Spring fundraising events for a number of years, raising over £3,000.
Our annual events like the Spring Fair are not only a great way for the community to come together for a day of fun, but also to raise funds to allow us to continue our great work for animals in need.
The funds will contribute to the running of the rescue, helping to cover the costs of one month’s vet bills for our dogs, cats and rabbits on-site.
We’re thrilled we managed to raise such a great amount and it’s all down to our supporters and residents in the local area for coming along. We welcomed families and couples from Sale and surrounding areas, with activities such as mini quad bikes, live music, yoga, animal tours and a BBQ.
Our volunteers really made the day so successful, by volunteering their time with promotion, donating prizes or helping on the day. We couldn’t have done it without them!
We’d like to thank everyone for joining us at the Fair and look forward to seeing new and old faces at our Dog Show this month!
