Henry + Richard ♂♂

What's my story?

Names: Henry and Richard

Age: 3 years old

Arrived at SAA: August 2022

About us:

Meet Henry + Richard!

These beautiful brothers joined us after they were born as part of an oops litter. They are 3 years old and have been waiting for almost 2 years for their forever home. The boys are quite shy at first and may hide away, but once they get used to you their confidence grows and they enjoy being stroked. They are cautiously friendly and getting braver every day. They are a well bonded pair and enjoy spending time flopped out next to each other. The boys are on a diet at the moment as they came in a little on the chunky side.

Am I an indoor or outdoor rabbit? We ideally need an indoor home as rex rabbits are very prone to sore hocks so their feet need to be kept dry. An outdoor home would be considered if the majority of their space was inside such as a shed. Their enclosure needs to be a minimum of 6ftx10ft and if outdoors must be predator proof.

Can I live with children? calm, rabbit savvy children only

All animals adopted from SAA are microchipped, vaccinated and neutered before going to their new homes.

All viewings of animals are by appointment only.

All adoptions are subject to a home check and an adoption fee. If you are interested in adopting please submit an adoption interest form.
