What's my story?

Ahoy!

Sandwich, our resident pirate, is on the look out for her new home. Sandwich was brought to us by a university student in Salford who had noticed her straying for a while and became worried about her. She is a confident young cat who’s very vocal and loves a cuddle and enjoys making biscuits on her fluffy blanket.

Sandwich is finding the shelter environment distressing and we desperately want to find her a new home where she can relax and show her more playful side. Because of her limited vision Sandwich can hiss, grumble and swipe if she is approached quickly on her blind side however on her own terms, she is very cuddly and affectionate. She does not like other cats and we do not think she would like to live with dogs.

For this reason we are looking for a home where there are no children under the age of 14, and any older children must be cat-savvy and know to give Sandwich space, time and to approach her carefully.

She will need safe access to the outside away from busy roads once she has settled into her new home.
