Penny and Pecan

What's my story?

Name:  Penny and Pecan

Age: Daisy is approximately 1 year old and Pecan was born on 10th June 2024

Arrived at SAA: 12th June 2024

About me: Penny was surrendered at an emergency vet with 2 day old daughter, Pecan. There were three kittens in her litter but unfortunately the other two didn’t survive. They were fostered by a member of staff until they were well enough to come to the shelter. They have transformed under SAA care. Where once they were shy and fearful they are now much more playful both with each other and with staff and volunteers. Pecan is a little hand shy and they can both be a little reserved so would benefit from experienced owners. They love their food and scoff it down come meal time. After a very rough start in life they’re looking for a comfy, warm forever home. Penny and Pecan need a quieter household as they can sometimes be spooked by sudden movements and loud noises.
